Training Workshop Template
A training workshop template for facilitators. It introduces the facilitator, sets the learning objectives, lays out the agenda, divides into a chapter, runs a hands-on exercise, checks understanding with a quiz, and closes on a reflection. Built to be run from the front of the room.

A workshop is not a lecture with slides. It is a sequence of teaching, practice, and reflection, and the deck has to hold that rhythm. This template builds the rhythm in: it states what learners will be able to do, runs them through a real exercise, checks understanding with a quick quiz, and ends on a reflection that turns the session into a commitment.
The exercise, quiz, and reflection slides are dedicated types, not bullet lists pretending to be activities. The exercise carries its own timing and steps so a facilitator can run it to the clock. The quiz holds the answer and an explanation, so you can reveal it on cue. The optional grouping binds the chapter, exercise, and quiz into one teachable block, which keeps the running order clean when you fork and extend the deck.

How to make one
- 1
Start from the template
Open this template in heydecks. It forks into your workspace as an editable deck with its own theme.
- 2
Drop in your session
Replace the objectives, exercise, and quiz with your own content. Each slide is typed, so the formatting stays clean.
- 3
Apply your brand
Point heydecks at your site once and the Brand Kernel locks your colors, type, and logo onto every slide.
- 4
Share and export
Publish a live link for participants, then export the same deck to pixel-perfect PDF and native PPTX for the handout.
